ABOUT THE GYM
Our gym is fully equipped with both cardio and
resistance machines. Add to this a full set of
free weights (up to 30 kg), squat rack, fitballs,
resistance bands, and a punch bag and you're
good to go.
The gym is also fully air conditioned, an
essential in the Cyprus climate.
The gym is manned by 3 personal trainers, so
there's always a professional on hand to help.
INDOOR & OUTDOOR POOL
The indoor pool and jacuzzi is heated from
November 1st-May 1st. There is disabled access.
Please download the
class time table to see when
there is an Aqua Aerobics class as these are the
times when there will be no access to the pool.
The outdoor pool is available with your
membership.
RELAXATION AREA
Sun loungers, tables and chairs are for use at
your convenience.
CHANGING FACILITIES
There are both male and female changing rooms
within the spa, both with a sauna and steams
rooms. Lockers are also available for a €Euro
deposit.
TOWELS
Towels are available to hotel guests and Spa
members. If you require a towel to take outside
of the Spa we require a €10 deposit.
SOLARIUM
The solarium is available to guests at a cost of
€3.50 every 5 minutes. Please ask at the SPA
reception for recent offers.
Block bookings available at a 30% discount.
OPENING TIMES
We are open Monday - Saturday 8am-7pm. Sunday
8am - 5pm.
