Our ‘Ladies only’ weight management course has been successfully running for 3 years now with a fantastic success rate.

Course includes the following:
 
Up to three exercise classes per week tailored to your ability
Small classes enabling personal training
Choice of two easy to follow proven food plans
Initial health check and body measurements
Weekly weigh in and review
Help and support along the way from your instructor

tthe results have been quite astounding, average weight losses of up to 2 stones, inch losses of up to 25 inches and incredible improvements in fitness and mobility of ladies between the ages of 45 and 70 years.

Course is taken by fully qualified Personal Trainer, Sue Davies.
